Sertytude was created in London at the end of last year - in October 2007 - thanks to the brilliant idea of its founders who, after spending about twenty years dealing with different industrial realities, decided to merge their professional experiences and found an International consultancy company operating for the protection of intangible assets- precisely, intellectual property and any kind of fraud preventing actions.

Starting from the beginning of 2008 the opening of an Italian branch has been planned in order to directly develop the consultancy activities regarding medium sized companies representing the Italian industrial professional backbone. The same initiative is being analysed for both France and Belgium where a new company shall probably be opened at the end of this year and for Hong Kong where a new branch shall probably be located in the first quarter of 2009.

Operating in the huge context of the protection of intangible assets, which is increasingly acquiring more importance - being the main source of the competitive advantage of enterprises, Sertytude approached the Intellectual property magnifying its vision and introducing several protection activities that legal offices generally do not provide for.
